This directive from Psalms has become the motto of the Saint James’ Handbell Choir.  Music fills many needs in a person’s life as well as needs in the life of the church.  Those who do not sing or play an instrument can find an outlet in handbells to celebrate their faith.  When we began many, many years ago, several members could not read music, but their desire to express themselves overcame their reluctance to try, and today the Handbell Choir performs challenging and inspiring music skillfully and prayerfully.  We believe that music ministers to the hearer as well as the doer, and we take that responsibility seriously as we undertake to express our love of the Lord in this ministry.  Besides all that – we have fun!

Handbells meets every Tuesday night at 7:00 PM for an hour.
