Worship is central to us. We believe we are molded by our common worship. There is a Latin expression “lex orandi, lex credendi” that is loosely translated “As I pray, so I believe” or “praying shapes believing”.
Saint Augustine reminded us that as we participate in the Eucharist we are to be like the bread we receive. We are to be taken, blessed, broken, and given for the hunger of the world.
