Saint James' Cafe is looking for volunteers

Hello! We need you. Yes you! To join our St. James' Cafe team for this upcoming church season. We are looking for 4 amazing teams and WE WANT YOU! Each team ONLY needs 7-8 people. This is a ONCE a MONTH commitment! Here's what a team looks like:

Set Up Crew

Two to three people to come in on Saturday afternoon/evening prior to your team's Sunday to set up tables/table clothes, utensils, mugs, glasses, etc. in the parish hall.

Cooking Crew

Three people with one as the head chef. Food will need to be purchased (usually by the head chef) on the Friday/Saturday before your assigned Sunday. Greg Arthaud has a basic menu and ingredient list ready to go.

The cooking team will arrive early on your designated Sunday to start cooking. Typically 7:00/7:30 am or so.

Servers/Runners

Two people who will make sure the food is set up on the serving table. Make sure coffee is brewing! Replenish food and beverages as needed. Time of arrival is around 8:00 am or whenever your crew decides works for you.

We encourage you to prayerfully consider your time and talents to help this amazing ministry be something our church can enjoy every Sunday. This fellowship and food ministry is so important to the life of our church and we need you!
