Saint James' Softball

We have secured access to a softball field in Warrenton at the Central Sports Complex off of Meetze Road, 5405 Rodgers Lane, Warrenton. We will be rotating fields this season, so please watch your email for locations and updates.

Practices will be continue Mondays and Thursdays beginning at 6:15. We're working to have a short series of ‘exhibition’ games against local opponents in July in our traditional double-header format. We’ll play two games each game night – one hour each. If your schedule does not allow for the 6:15 start time, come out for the second game and we’ll work you into the lineup. As always, after the second game each week, we will adjourn for fun and fellowship at Glory Days Grill, 74 Blackwell Park Ln, Warrenton. Please save the date for the annual Church vs. School game on Monday, August 5th where we’ll play for the coveted Saint James’ Cup!

As in previous years, we have an age-limit of 14 and up for safety reasons. Even though it’s slow pitch, the balls come off the bat pretty hard and we don’t want any injuries. There’s no upper age limit though, so let’s find all of the players hiding in our pews - No experience necessary

Make sure to pass this along to anyone from the church or school who you think would be interested in playing.
