SJES service project — September 2024

This month — September 2024 — we are working with Saint James’ Episcopal School to support Fauquier County’s Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI), which provides a preschool experience for children who otherwise would not have access to a preschool program. The VPI gives these students the chance to enter kindergarten with the basic skills they need to be successful throughout their education. Children, families, schools and communities like ours all play a crucial role in the development of school readiness. 

Fauquier County’s VPI is in need of the following items for their classrooms: 

• Baby wipes and Clorox wipes
• Tissues 
• Ziploc bags (all sizes) 
• Hand sanitizer
